      Terrible. They only look at your "credit" but they don't look at your rental history. I have an PERFECT rent history for decades and they only want people with perfect credit scores. If you don't have an 800 don't bother applying.

      These people a crooks and would never recommend renting or leasing anything from them. Very crooked people, thieves to say the least.

      Worst company I've dealt with, period. From the top of the company to the very bottom, not a single person acts professionally or shows respect to their renter. I was kited around and blown off countless times, no one answers phones or emails, even during critical/emergency moments. Their maintenance man acts like a grade school bully who never realizes he grew up. Front desk lies about location and times of property manager availability. Property manager still to this day has not once gotten back to me about pivotal matters.
