  It is clear why 95% of Kunal’s business is repeat business by past clients and the reason is his rates are super competitive, fee’s are low and communication is excellent throughout the entire process. We had worked with Kunal before and returned to use his expertise for a slightly complicated refinance at the end of 2021. And once again I was impressed by his speed and professionalism to answer questions, work around our busy schedule and close the loan on time this time around. He got us a super low rate of 2.25% on a 15 year fix with a lender credit on top of that!! He even extended our rate lock when our schedules could not align during the busy Christmas season for closing. He truly creates “Clients for Life” as this is the second time we have used him and will be using him again in the near future for our future purchase requirements.

  I was referred to Kunal by a good friend who is a Realtor as I was under contract on a multi-unit property in DC. The contract required us to move extremely fast and close well within 30 days in this sellers’ market. This was not an issue for Kunal and he gave me the best rate and terms out of all the companies I shopped for. What impressed me most about Kunal is how accessible he is. Kunal joke’s that as long as he not asleep he’s pick up your call and he’s actually not joking. Evenings, weekends and even now after the closing I can still reach him easily. I have already referred Kunal several clients and I will use him in the future for all my mortgage needs!

  Kunal is a neighbor and good friend who helped walk me through the refinance process during a busy time. He got me a great rate and made sure the process kept moving forward when there were issues.
