      Mr Buck did a reverse mortgage loan for us in July. We found him very uninterested in the whole process. He had as little contact with us as possible, put the processing of the loan off to a lady in Phoenix Az. She tried to help us with questions etc. We were told 3different times we were ready to close, then didn’t, which made the sellers we were buying from nervous. He never explained anything. Then because I reached out to the loan officer in Utah that had helped us with our original loan, he seemed to withdraw more and not speak to us like he was pouting. I’m 70. This was the worse service we have seen in all our lives.
