      They're good to deal with for co-op loan payments to other credit unions. Very helpful and polite staff, and they were familiar with the co-op program unlike other credit union locations I've been too.

      I have an account with Lacap for over 20 years. I never visited the branch much over the years. The branch in Harvey shut down during COVID and never reopened which makes it inconvenient for people in that area. The one time I really need Lacap it is unavailable. I have an online account but can’t self service my need due to e statements being unavailable. Now I am finding out how hard it is to bank with them.

      the Worst Credit Union ever, Every month they would allow a company to steel money out of my account and when i go to dispute it they would refuse to dispute and also charge me a 30 nsf fee plus want to charge me 30.00 to stop payment instead of disputing them and ending the charges they rather steel from a disabled man and take his whole check by allowing fraud charges and on top charging me more fees , Then try to deny me my first amendment right when i go sit on the Neutral Ground with my sign saying they stole from a disabled man. The Laugh is on them because its my 1st amendment right to be there and they did me nothing but i will sit out there every single day and hold my sign oh and the best part of the whole situation is when i went to close my account out i had $13.00 in there they stole that also and refused to give it to me.
