  The property taxes and insurance were not paid at closing on my residence. After I called, the insurance was paid. It has been almost a year of weekly calls regarding my property taxes with no progress.

  Don’t work with this company, I’m a notary public and I did a signing for this company and was in contact with a lady named Mary the entire time she lied to me many times about paying me I did a signing in August 2020 and here it is January and I still havent been paid...im a single mother and I work hard to brand my business and it’s sad to have scammers like her to use me for my time and knowledge.

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Started the process of changing over my timeshare deed in September. I received a scanned copy in my email in January and the original in the mail in February. My dealings were with Mary Bonniville. She told me the process would take 3 or 4 weeks not 4 months!! Everytime I called her she brushed me off by saying " that was put in the mail yesterday". I would call every two weeks or so and she would just say the same thing. There was no problem or delay in cashing my check though. Stay away if you need anything done in a timely manner.
