      I would recommend Northpointe to any one looking for a mortgage loan. We worked with Mark Candey who is top notch. Mark stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and returned my calls quickly. He is not only very informative but very knowledgeable as he has been in the business for a very long time.       The staff and customers DO NOT WEAR MASKS! Wreck less with peoples live and moving forward safely would never step foot in this establishment.

      Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. Kathy X5910 maybe you should have chosen a different profession! Clearly talking with clients is not your strong point! They are receiving thousands of dollars from me a year in interest and this is how I'm treated! WOW will be calling and transferring to another bank that wants my money and has better customer service! Hoping others can avoid the hassle and do your banking elsewhere!
