      Management is rude and clueless at this location. The security is also subpar as the building has only one exit and entrance and the entire building is now glass, very easy for someone to see through the entire building.

      They are always very pleasant and professional in dealing with me. I’ve been banking with lakeshore for about 5 years now and they have always addressed my concerns and taken care of my banking needs. Also the app is very user friendly.
