      I have been waiting for at least 15 minutes just to pay one bill in the drive up window. I have pushed the call for service button 4 times & no response! No M&T Bank employee answers service call button. No one greets the customer a good morning or good afternoon. Horrible customer service! I was just @ the M&T on Union Rd, Cheektowaga, NY near Anderson's Custard @ Galleria Drive. So disappointing!
