      I’ve had an account with Northwest for the past 5 years and even got my mortgage through there. I went into this location last week and Brooke was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She was condescending and basically tried saying I was trying to cash a fraudulent check and decided to get the whole bank involved. I am closing my accounts and switching to a different bank.

      Terrible customer service, don’t answer the phone, weekends no help whatsoever. I haven’t been able to access my account for days, don’t do it ! They’re terrible!!!
