      ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER!! ONLINE BANKING IS A TOTAL LOSS OF TIME 30 MIN ON HOLD TIMES AND CONSTANT PASSWORD RESET! DON'T GO HERE

      Worst customer service EVER, made numerous phones call, on hold for over 35 minutes,more then once, wrote 2 letters and still the problem was NOT resolved. Can't wait to close out my account and go to the wonderful Credit Union I am now working with. I would also give them 0 stars but I can't post it if I don't give them 1.
