  I have been banking with Lakeland bank since '78 never had any issues the staff has been very helpful a few times I needed financial advice Nancy or Susan were gracious enough to help me make the right decisions.

  I was recently there last week with my spouse to complete a transaction inside, and to make a deposit at the window as well. We were treated very nicely inside by the woman. I went to the window to make my deposit. After the transaction I thanked the cashier and did not receive a response back at all. I am pretty sure she heard me, as I am a very loud person. I understand times are hard and everyone is overworked. A fake smile would have sufficed. Next time we are definitely using the drive-thru window. Maybe even another branch.
