  Laura was recommended to me by someone who had had a great service from her. It was the best recommendation I have had, Laura was fabulous from start to finish. This was my first mortgage as an expat and because of this the process was more complex than usual. She walked me through the process, explaining everything in detail. She very helpful solving problems along the way. I would happily recommend her to anyone.

  Found Laura through google and thought hey she have some pretty good reviews. Spoke with her, she answered the questions I had and she seemed pleasant. Decided to go with her as my lender. She pulled my credit and went over things with me that needed to be done (very minor). Then completely went ghost on me. So that leads me to believe some reviews are falsified. Have to be. I wasn't going to leave a review but it's ridiculous how these lenders pull your credit creating these hard hits and then vanish or aren't the lender they portray themselves to be. Then what makes it even more crazy is one out of the two things she told me I needed to do, didn't have to be done. In fact my lender that I found after Laura vanished told me that one of the two things she claimed I needed to work on wasn't even something affecting my credit nor was it what she was saying it was (a student loan in dispute). Which I KNEW I didn't have ANY student loans in dispute. Anyway followed up with a different lender who got me a pre-approval the same day and I am now clear to close. This process was 30 days. I feel that she was being lazy, lying and over all probably didn't want to work with me. But that was something she could've just said instead of ghosting me. As I stated, she was pleasant but I wouldn't recommend her.
