  I unfortunately used Lori to get a loan for our condo then later start the process to get a loan for a house. The first time buying a condo we didn't know what we were doing. She was in no way helpful and in almost every instance where we had questions, she gave off an almost annoyed tone in her voice. As if to imply that I should not have any questions and just believe her. The second time was a complete joke. We ended up pulling out of the deal because of other reasons but after I started getting 2 to 6 phone calls from other companies trying to refinance. I asked why they were calling and every one of them said that "the person that pulled my credit report used my phone number. I would have to have to reach out to the loan specialist (Lori) to remove it. So I called Lori, I explained the issues and she assured me it could not be her fault. I said that is fine at which point she inquired if her and I were "OK." I explained that the entire process had left a very sour taste in my mouth and the fact that I have really good credit I would not need a broker going forward and instead I would save the 10k in fees it would have cost me to go through her and just use a local credit union. Immediately got hostile and started speaking over me and saying how much work she did to help us and how dare I say that to her. I will tell any one that is reading this, if you need a broker or a "Loan Specialists." Don't do what I did and just accept what ever person your relator offers. Do your research and you will find someone that actually cares about you and will take the time to explain all the aspects with out getting acting annoyed. Above all do not use Laurie unless you like having someone you are paying to treat you like your wasting their time.
