      I have been a Legacy member for several years. Great, helpful and very friendly people. I never want to leave Legacy.

      I've been a Legacy member for many years, and they've always been great! Very helpful and friendly staff. Great rates! The reason for the three-star rating is simple: The new app is terrible, especially for those who use Legacy for their everyday checking account. Available balances change for no reason despite no new pending charges. Half the time pending and posted transactions don't even show up in the app. And since Legacy posts withdrawals before deposits--(Why Legacy? Most banks do the opposite.)--the bad information in the app can create a bigger issue. The old app worked great! Very useful and dependable! The new one is pretty and all, but it severely lacks functionality and dependability; and as someone who is forced to depend on it every day, to my own great disappointment, I'm seriously considering switching to another financial institution to manage my every day checking needs.

      Such a great location !! Came in with my grandmother I really appreciated the young girl working I believe her name was Jala or Jaliah she is so sweet & helpful. I’m glad my grandmother is able to go to the bank & receive service from such a patient employee thank you very much because it’s really hard to come by with her being up in age
