      Teresa Steffens is not professional or responsive to fellow realtors. This is not a good representation for sellers. I have submitted two strong offers (above asking price) on two homes. She doesn't even have the decency to respond to my agent. I am not sure if it is a race issue or not. But it is common courtesy to respond to messages.
