I have used Legacy CPA for all our accounting needs. I have dealt with the most professional personnel of any place I have ever done business with. Cianna and Neal have done outstanding work getting all our records and QuickBooks in order. Hired them to help set up QuickBooks for my company and they set it up completely wrong. Upon meeting with them and seeing the way they entered the boxes I packaged my orders in as manufacturers part numbers I questioned as to why they did it that way instead of creating assemblies and they assured me that was the way it was done. They also made items sub items of those items instead of their own individual non-inventory parts. This left me with no place to put actual manufacture part numbers and rendered the reports I asked them to customize absolutely useless. Furthermore, I tried to contact them multiple times to discuss this and never even received an email back leaving me with no recourse but to hire a competent company to fix all the errors they programs into my system and losing out on weeks of sales and upsetting my established customer base. After all my work and efforts to contact them the only time I heard back was to receive a bill in the mail for several hundred dollars for incompetent work that cost me much more then that in losses and need to fix their unacceptable work. I have no idea how their accounting department works, but if their QuickBooks setup is any reflection of that you’re better off finding someone that actually knows what they’re doing, returns calls, and listens to your needs. The only reason they are getting one star is because zero is not an option. Do yourself a favor and find a different service that you’re not paying to teach.
