  Our experience started out very poor, but they are making a concerted effort to address our concerns. In the end they went above and beyond to make things right, even helping us through some problems we caused. They genuinely care about their customers.

  We had a very rough start due to issues both in and out of Lenda's control. The journey wasn't smooth, but in the end Lenda/Reali put forward a great deal of effort to understand what went wrong and how they could improve it. At the beginning of the process I would never have done business with them again. At this point, I would without hesitation.

  I had read several good reviews of Realti (Lenda) and opted to see if they could refinance my house with a small cash out option. I went to their site, created an account, filled out the form, and ran the check to see what they could offer. I received a positive response that there were several options. I was assigned a loan advisor with contact information who sent an email welcoming me. Great start! Then things started to go downhill. They had in an incorrect phone number that I corrected in email to both of the contacts that I was aware of at that time. I spoke to the CSR and then the loan advisor at different times over the next couple of weeks. They both kept saying they were having issues with my contact info even after I had sent it in email and explained while on the phone with them. Apparently, the updated information never made it into the system and my emails were not read. On a call with the loan advisor we discussed what Realti (Lenda) could do for me and I let them know that I was also talking to other potential sources for my refi. After hearing the rate that they could offer, I checked their site to find a lower rate than what I was just told being available. When I advised the loan advisor of this he said he would talk to his lockdesk to see what was going on. After hearing nothing for a week, I reached out to him. He responded to say that the site was incorrect and that they were unable to update it. He than followed up to say that they could not provide a FHA refinance at all. This entire process took 23 days for them to run credit checks, review my personal information, provide information, and such. And at the end, they were unable to provide anything. If they had said that at the beginning I would have understood and moved on. But the entire experience was frustrating: wasted time, poor follow-up, lack of knowledge, lack of caring, badly run website, and incompetent representatives. Would I recommend this company to anyone or attempt to use them again? No. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. UPDATE - No contact from anyone. Not that I really expected any follow up based on my experiences with Lenda (Realti). Just wanted to note the disenguity and poor communication.
