  This was my third transaction with Lendplicity (two refi's and now a purchase) and I can't imagine using another lender. They took their time collecting my information, got me fully pre-approved, and even shot me straight when the builder's lender offered (what I thought was) a more competitive set of terms and encouraged me to take the terms they were offering. When it later turned out that their terms weren't as advertised (as they often aren't), Justin and Kayley jumped in immediately and took back over, not missing a beat. The process was incredibly smooth from start to finish, no detail overlooked, and they communicated accurately and thoroughly at every step of the process. I highly recommend Justin and his team at Lendplicity, they'll take great care of you!
