      HIGHLY RECOMMEND for FAST CASH - I had a balloon payment due and conventional loans were taking too long. I was at risk of losing a contract and my assisted living facilities. I contacted Lendterra which is a "direct lender", it's their money and they funded 2 days after my appraisal came back. I was so stressed and didn't want the residents to know - so glad I found their info online.

      This is one of the properties owned by Lendterra. This community pays monthly HOA dues of $250 per month, per home. Which includes water and trash at no more that $80 per house. We mow our own grass, they maintain nothing for the owners.. but the roads. These are the conditions of the roads we have to live with. This is also just a small portion. I’ll update with more pics of the other areas. Be careful who you do business with. If they maintain their own properties this horribly, imagine how they’ll handle your precious business. The customer service is down right rude as well. I have proof of horrible management where they can’t keep accounting records. If they can’t keep track of what I pay, how can they be responsible of other business and this is a LENDER? Yikes. I would NEVER do business with these people. I have no idea how they’re still in business. You have been warned. RUN.
