  100 stars! He is so damn QUICK. No, seriously, I don't have words to thank Mr. Leon. I seriously didn't think that house would be possible for me that quick. I did not even realize when he asked me for paperwork, and within 2-3 days, my loan was sent for pre-approval. I was beyond happy. I was stressed and had anxiety, but he talked with the seller and got me the house quicker (two weeks before the closing date). He is the guy who I will recommend to the whole world because he is FAST. For the first time in my life, I had anxiety. He took it away and made my life easy. He had more trust in the process than I did. He was more involved in the process than I was. There were 3 or 4 companies I contacted, but I was getting nowhere. He was the right fit. I feel lucky and blessed to know that people like him exist who can get you what you desire and take away the anxiety that comes with it. When I first looked at my house, it gave me my village-like feel. Now that I have it, it is like a dream come true for me. I will be thankful to Mr. Leon for the rest of my life. May whatever he gives out to people come back to him somehow. I wish him all the success and prosperity. My mother and I both are very thankful. Thank you so much :)) Kiki

  We had been working with Leon since September of 2021. We experienced rise in prices and rates and it seemed impossible to buy a house. Leon didn’t give up, and he stayed with us until we finally found a place. He worked diligently to close it quickly, and if it wasn’t for his hard work and dedication to us and the program the experience would have been different. I recommend Leon for any home needs.
