      they gave me a personal courtesy call to let me know I had insufficient funds to cover a check but that I could a avoid the fee if I could deposit the money that afternoon. How refreshing and helpful it was to get that kind of personal service. I did not know it still existed.

      Closed one of my accounts without permission. I asked for the account closing paperwork to see if the signature or anything was faked for proof. They will not give me any paperwork! I've been fighting with them for 3 years now on this and they keep giving me the run around with every excuse they can think of. My money is gone.
