      Ms. Meadows is very knowledgeable of the tax code. She gave real life examples while discussing the chapter. She gave helpful tips on how to remember the forms and tables used in the preparation of the tax return. I learn a lot about deductions and credits that could have helped me earlier in life while filing my taxes. I enjoyed the class.

      SCAM !!!! Charged my credit card $700 and filed my taxes prior to my authorization. I made 9k last year and they told me I owed 4k in taxes ! My friend just also got scammed by them for $500. We are both filing lawsuits as the company is unresponsive. Contact Better Business Bureau. DO NOT TRUST!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOUR MONEY

      If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely horrendous. I've done my taxes at h&r block, Jackson Hewitt, and turbo tax and liberty is by FAR the most expensive and they messed up my taxes in multiple ways. It has been problem after problem, first they didn't do one of my forms correctly and then I realized they didn't load one of my W2s. They tried to say I didn't give them the W2 and they didn't want to take responsibility. Over 500$ AFTER a military discount and now they are trying to charge me and extra 75$ to amend THEIR mistake. The supervisor Patricia is rude and doesn't like to take responsibility for her wrongdoings and the rest of the staff have no idea what they are doing. TURN BACK WHILE YOU CAN. Absolutely awful, would have been better off doing them myself. UPDATE: after 2 months I haven't heard back from a district manager about the issues and had to get a 2nd amendment through h&r block because the preparer at liberty LIED and said we couldn't get the child tax credit. Well we do qualify for not only the tax credit but also a stimulus check for our child. Reported this company to the BBB twice and will be getting a lawyer to sue for a full refund given they promise an accuracy guarantee. Again, turn back while you can.
