      I just came from this place. I already had a bad feeling as soon I was walked in. The man working there has no customer service skills whatsoever. He had me standing for the longest before I asked him are you taking customers. He finally told me have a seat. Then as the previous customer who was Caucation left, he still had me waiting not even acknowledging me. Then finally he came to service me, asked a few questions not even apologizing and then his phone rings and he goes to another desk. I just decided to leave. Guys, this is an African American treating me that way. Unbelievable. Never again will I go to liberty taxes. I didn't file anything with them that day. 😕
