      Mrs. Patricia at Liberty Tax on crater rd in petersburg Va is a wonderful lady. My husband and I got our taxes done and we were pleased to have her to do ours.       The lady’s who was acting like she owned the place had a terrible attitude. After I told her I was going to just stay because I live 30 minutes away plus I have to go to college they started refusing to even give me my paperwork back to go somewhere else because they wouldn’t be able to do it in a timely manner ! WILL NEVER GO BACK . This is NOT how you should treat customers! I understood that I was not #1 in line but still they shouldn’t be like that
