      I should've paid attention to the few people walking out of their office mumbling to me "I will never come back here again!" I usually file taxes early but had to wait this year to get all my paperwork in place. Rarely anyone answers the phone. I left messages multiple times with no calls back. An email would've been nice, otherwise, why would you ask for it? The lady handling my paper was nice but she had to leave for emergency with no courtesy calls from the office to inform me about her absence even though I was calling and leaving her messages. I walked in few times to demand service since none of my messages were answered. Another young lady was working on my papers, and the results were all over the place. I almost filed for an extension since a lot of time was wasted on nothing . I found someone else an hour away from me to take me at the last minute before the end of the day.

      This used to be the only tax place I went to... they switched owners 2 or 3 years ago and since the switch it has been nothing but down hill.... I WILL NOT be returning here next year for my taxes 😔
