  I'm very upset because I cashed a check and it came back but the only account that was supposed to go negative was my checking account you all wasn't suppose to touch my savings I didn't sign up for overdraft protection I was unaware and needed help they talking about it's been sent to management.

  We purchased a car from the credit union that they offered to have taken to their auto mechanic. I thought what a wonderful gift. What a better person or business to buy a car from our own credit union. They lied about the condition of the car the auto mechanic say damage to the car that was never reported to us until we took the car home and our oil change person saw the car pull in. I do not understand why we were not made aware of this from the beginning. I will no longer recommend this credit union as I did in the past. I was shocked. I contacted the credit union immediately when we got the news. I was not offered any help.

  Ms. Johnston, Integrity and honesty are values that are very important to us and that is foundational to how we treat our members. Before we offer a used vehicle for purchase, the car is inspected by an off-site licensed mechanic and cleared for sale. Buyers are encouraged to personally inspect the vehicle and may have it inspected by a mechanic of their choice prior to purchasing, but you chose not to do so. We are truthful and forthright about any information that we discover about a vehicle, and communicate that to prospective buyers. Used vehicles may have cosmetic scratches or dents, but any damage beyond cosmetic that would affect the operation of the vehicle would be reported to a prospective buyer. In addition, a Car Fax report is pulled and this particular vehicle had a clear report with no accidents reported. Because we hold the trust and confidence of our members very highly, we invite you to discuss your concerns with us, in person, and see if there is any way we may assist you in resolving your concerns.
