I wouldn't recommend buying from cat period. Although they have taken care of the issues we have had with out 299d skid loader, we have had to go through 3, count it, 3 different skid loaders to get one that works decently. And honestly we still have issues with this one. The financial aspect of it isn't horrible. We've been able to work with them through covid to be able to get our payments made but the last straw is when I applied for refinance so we could renegotiate the terms of payment, ie lower the payment, we were denied. At this point, my company has spent out over $143,000 for their equipment and attachments for the equipment, been put through the wringer on getting a skid loader that would work right with the attachments we had and now, after we have been making payments and are at less than $43,000 to pay back on the loan, they denied us a lower payment??? I'm just done with Cat in general. Proceed at your own risk.

company garbage, since July I paid a COMPLETE CAT 304 And from that date I canceled the insurance that I paid annually and they go more than 8 weeks and they do not send me the refund ...
