People who answer the phone are great and very helpful. In fact, every employee I've met are terrific! As a remote customer of this bank, I rely on online products. OLB and Mobile Apps are seriously lagging behind in servicing a truly virtual customer. No 24 hour customer service. No way to reset password if I lock it up outside of normal business hours. Can't add Payees on Mobile Banking. Daily limit on Mobile Deposits is ridiculously low. Come on corporate management, come into the 2020s.

Very nice people that work at the bank but the security protocols for online banking is a bit archaic. I really can’t believe they still force you to change your password ever so often. This is a royal pain in the tush! I am a member at SECU and have never had to change my password. I am guessing they have superior security measures where you don’t have to do that any more. It’s really nice not to have to change your password especially when you are dealing with an elderly person who may have a hard time remembering their passwords to begin with. Forcing someone to change their password or get locked out of their account is not a good policy in my opinion. 🤨
