      Ryan and his team at Guaranteed Rate offer something that no other mortgage lender provide - professionalism and timeliness. From the start of the process Ryan took over an hour out of his day to walk us through the various mortgages we qualify for, how much we were prequalified for, and what was needed to get approved and funded for a mortgage. After getting our offer approved on our house, we would receive daily emails giving us updates on if the documents we uploaded sufficed along with any additional info we needed to provide. The portal Guaranteed rate uses for document upload is both easy to use and intuitive. Anytime we had questions, Ryan or someone on his team, specifically Graham, would always pick up and had answers for anything we asked. Ryan even came to our settlement to walk us through every paper we were signing. Ryan and his team at Guaranteed Rate is a shining example of how a service company should be. They have a customer for life from how we were treated
