  I started working with Lincoln law group at the beginning of 2022. I got paired up to work with Robert Samuelson and let me tell you… STAY AWAY. If you’re looking to be lied to, disrespect, have anxiety attacks, be screamed at, lead on with false advertisement, constant credit pulls when being told “no inquiries or derogatory hits will show up up on credit score”, hard to get a hold of.. the list goes on.. when on the phone with Robert I had to physically end the phone calls due to the screaming and yelling. I finally got fed up with the behavior Robert Samuelson was providing me and wasn’t tolerating it anymore so I went ahead and reached out to the corporate line. I explained to them how I was trying to purchase my first home, and how I was treated by Robert and his obnoxious attitude he had towards me. This is when Jeff Sebring and Bill have reached out to me due to the complaint. Come to find out I have wasted 4 months of viewing, placing offers, calling out of work, bothering agents and asking for favors, time wasted for what… Robert’s negligence behavior to go ahead and assist me properly instead of running things by “assumptions” as Bill explained to me over the phone. Come to find out they love to run this business off “assumptions”, I have yet to receive final numbers as to what I am approved for to go ahead and shop for my first home. After 4 different credit pulls, provide them with my W2s, tax forms etc still nobody has said a final number…. I am very disappointed and disgusted by the way this company runs business… I hope nobody else has to go through what I went through because you will send your self to the hospital as I have for my anxiety attacks..
