      Extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I say knowledgeable because, I feel not everyone takes into consideration all loan processors DO NOT know all the ins and outs and by far this company does. I say patient because I feel I may have asked the same question a few times after I received an answer 🙃😐 and not once were they rude about answering again. They have a great team and what I got working with them is they work really well together. They keep you up dated throughout the process. They also have a mortgage guarantee that waives all lender fees & reimburses appraisal fees on your future refinance; which made me feel better using them.
