  0 out of 5 stars....Their marketing pitch does not match that of their service. Very poor communication skills on their part. Paperwork was provided in a sufficient amount of time, and upon me addressing the delays, I was told..."something fell through the cracks", nothing on my part. They had over a month to get back to me regarding my pre-approval information. Not to mention I was considerate of their time, holidays, unexpected events, etc. There was way too much contact switching, I was bounced from person to person. And no one provided me with advancement regarding my application status.

  First & foremost, we would like to wholeheartedly thank the LoanDepot team for their professionalism! Starting with Glenn!!! As first time homebuyers no question was left unanswered or explained in a timely manner. Different emotions were involved during this process. However Glenn, Erica, Courtney, Emma & Lourdes made the process and experience easier. They showed compassion, as well as keeping it professional. I feel compelled to give a special special thank you to Erica Allsup, she is indeed a ray of sunshine!!! I would highly recommend LoanDepot, we are truly impressed, satisfied, and thankful for their outstanding services & commitment to closing our loan!
