  Ryan explained in detail about the loan and what the numbers meant even when I didn’t ask so I could understand what was going on. He always answered my questions and was always energetic, professional, and respectful. Ryan gave his professional opinion and it was much appreciated. Ryan was always available and responded right away. I felt like Ryan was very trustworthy and looked out for me being his client. I would definitely like to work with Ryan in the future for any mortgage loan needs. This loan process went smoothly and I’m impressed how quickly it was executed.

  I initiated a fixed mortgage 4-5 months ago. They are very poor communicators and in the end never followed through nor finished the process. I have other friends that have tried this service with the same result. One of the least professional services I have ever encountered. I was told by the sales person if I needed something done I had to "escalate" to a supervisor, he said that it is "always that way here." I did escalate and found the supervisor (MP) to be no better than the the normal customer service people. Very disappointed and would recommend that you go else where. There are plenty of good choices and the wasted time has costs.
