  We closed on our new house in Loveland recently, and quite frankly, Chris made it happen. He placed us in the right program, and then guided us through the process of "dotting the i's and crossing the t's". I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

  Chris was terrific during the entire process! He was friendly and helpful, constantly in touch, offering suggestions and making sure everything got done in a timely fashion. (On his end and ours.) I've purchased several homes in the past,and can honestly say I've never had a mortgage process go so smoothly and easily. If you're ready to buy a home, give Chris a call.   Chris recently helped us with a mortgage loan at loan depot for our new build house. Loan depot paid for all the closing cost, and we were extremely happy working with Chris! He is very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Chris is always on top of everything; he easily addressed every concern and question of ours during the whole process. We so appreciate how quick he responses to us, through a text, email.. Being flexible and available to us with our different schedules really meant so much to us! He walked us through the whole journey like a friend. He was able to lock in a low interest rate for us, and we at the end closed the house early! We were very pleased with his expertise and honesty. We highly recommend him!
