      I DO NOT recommend them. I started my refinance process back on January 5th with Renee. I was given an estimated closing date for mid February. It is the 6th of April, we have not closed and my loan officer Renee is dodging my calls and refusing to communicate with me. I haven't received a call back or any communication since March 24th. Also, the office phone number that is provided is disconnected. Please go elsewhere.

      If I could give them zero stars I would. Refinanced with them a year ago and THEY NEVER PAID MY INSURANCE PREMIUM! I was dropped and without insurance for 7 months! Now after they have admitted their mistake, they are threatening to fine me for having a lapse in insurance!! Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. HOT GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! You have been warned.
