      I showed up in time to get a Truist generated check processed to close out a loan and the lady told me she had this stack of work she had to do instead of the customer directly in front of her. I am married to a BBT and Truist ex employee who was home on Fridays in Atlanta 1-2 hours late (after they close at 6 not 5!) due to getting the work completed that came in. So for an employee to tell me I have to schedule an appointment because they do not feel they can get this done before 5 PM is poor customer service. No wonder branches are dropping like flies. I will drive 20 miles to get my work done rather than step into this branch. #shoppingForANewBank

      I had a terrible experience at this branch. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, especially the branch manager. I was seated in their waiting area for almost 2 hours unable to get any assistance to deal with the fraudulent activity on my account.
