  Michael and his team were fantastic to work with. After shopping around they were by far the best option for us. Through a stressful process as a first time homebuyer they helped me feel knowledgeable and on the ball. The app/website made documentation submission and sign off very easy. Ease of communication and speed to deadlines. HIGHLY recommend.

  Michael & the LoanVerify were great to work with and gave me excellent pricing. I shopped around for the best rate, but LoanVerify came in well below anyone else. They also provided great service and always picked up the phone when I called with questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Michael helped me buy my first home. I have no previous experience to compare it to, but considering how many steps are involved, how many deadlines need to be met, and how much paperwork needs to be reviewed and signed... Michael and his app make it surprisingly easy. Documents can be uploaded, e-signed, and downloaded through the app. He is always available to text or call. He is professional, friendly, and motivated. After the sale I referred a friend and he purchased his first home too; he said he had a very positive experience as well. We both received several quotes from other banks and lenders and they were all identical, so we basically chose Michael for his availability and app. And considering how competitive the market is here, having someone who can prepare a bid for a realtor within minutes of texting them is very valuable. Thanks again Michael!
