      Terrible experience. Not only did he botch a 2017 final estate filing, submitting incorrect/incomplete information, he dropped the ball on follow-ups with the VA Dept of Taxation. He asked me for follow-up information to support a refiling and then ghosted me. Strongly recommend avoiding unless you're ok with not getting your refund, like having your e-mails and phone calls not returned, and enjoy sorting out paperwork issues directly with the VA DoT.
