  What a fantastic branch. I needed to cash a “bunch” of savings bonds. They had one teller and could have sent me packing. They didn’t, instead they cashed as many as time permitted and then the branch manager called another branch who had more capacity. She scheduled a time for me at this bank and I was able to complete all my transactions. I can’t imagine better customer service than this. This team is awesome!

  When I opened an account last year, I was told that appointments were required. I needed to speak to a banker last month, but the appointment system was fully booked till this week. When I went there, I was told that my appointment was not on any banker's calendar. I waited for a banker to use bathroom for 15 minutes. I was then told that they could not help me in a somewhat rude and snobby way. Both bankers who spoke to me seemed to act like a supervisory and waiting form someone else to do the work. Now I understand why they offered a $700 incentive to open an account. The employees are chasing away customers faster than the incentives can bring them in.

  Racist teller gave my wife a very had time when she went in to cash my check. 15 minutes of back and forth saying the signature did not match, until another teller stepped in and verified the check and signature.
