      If I could give them ten stars I would. Taylor worked tirelessly to get us to the finish line with a fantastic rate locked in. He was an incredible communicator all through the process and answered any questions/addressed any concerns we had. He made this whole process so easy and painless as it should be! Because of him, we finally own our beautiful new home. We can’t thank Taylor and the Lowcountry Home Loans team enough!!

      I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Taylor Cabaniss at Lowcountry Home Loans!! He made my dreams a reality when finding my 2nd home, which is my Forever Home!! I reached out to Taylor at the end of August for a loan approval and was approved for far more than I imagined! He was very nice, thorough, paid attention to detail, fast, kind, and Amazing!!! Taylor told me that he had given me the best deal and he was sure no one would be able to beat it because he was the Bear! Well I called around to a few lenders and Taylor was right no one came close to the loan approval and down payment. I was totally blown away! I told him he was actually the Goat because he was the Absolute Best. My only regret is I hadn’t heard of Taylor sooner but I am so happy with my home! It checks all the boxes and then some!! My daughters are so excited and it’s all because of him!! I will make sure to send all family/friends to you when wanting to secure a home loan! I will be back when it’s time to refinance Taylor.
