As a first time homebuyer, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris and the Southern Coast Team of Direct Mortgage Loans! Chris and Makenzie were great at communicating with both me and my realtor, and made the entire home buying process feel so easy and smooth. Their team is very professional and keeps you well informed (and educated as a first time buyer!) on what’s going on! They were diligent about getting me pre-approved before starting the home search, which made putting in a quick offer feel effortless, especially in this fast market.
