  I reached out to Lorcan when my daughter moved to the area and was interested in purchasing her first home. That was a great decision as Lorcan suggested a few experienced Realtors and then went to work with the mortgage process. Lorcan gave us instructions on a couple of actions that significantly improved her credit score within a month or so, and found the right mortgage product for her situation. It was a very competitive market as it took the fourth bid to win, losing to some all cash investors in a couple of situations. He was patient and always available and provided tailored loan letters quickly. I was amazed how quickly they were able to settle. In this competitive market, every little thing like a quick settlement helps! He provided updated financial statements along the way and kept us in loop since we were helping her. We highly recommend Lucey Mortgage. Thanks!
