  The entire team from start to finish were great. I thought they were just another fly by night outfit like Rocket Mortgage or [enter mortgage company here] until I saw a response to my initial application where their head loan officer, Michael Creed, filmed a short video just for me. I was referred to them through my wonderful realtor, Brian Kreilkamp of Milwaukee, who I met through Zillow, and I’m glad I ended up pursuing business with Luminate. It was no wonder they came recommended by Brian. Their much higher level of prompt, pleasant and forthright communication sets them apart from the many other lenders I shopped the loan with. Michelle and Theresa were also wonderful as they helped move my loan forward and they even got us to the closing table 5 days sooner than scheduled. Thanks Team!!!
