      Good bank with great rates and customer service.

      Very tough experience. I've heard they *were* good, even great. I'd also heard they were starting to have trouble. I experienced trouble. I paid the appraisal and processing fees on two properties and Bob "went dark" on me. He hasn't replied to any emails and I'm going to file in small claims court.
