      Staff is always helpful. Travis always welcomes me with a handshake and a smile. Very efficient time spent when I am there. I really enjoy this branch.

      Phone service needs to always have a “real person” answer a call. If I need to speak to my bank I DON’T WANT TO WAIT 24 hours. That’s NOT good customer service. Especially when they hold my money!

      This bank used to have a manager who cared about his people, went out of his way to be sure his staff was polite and friendly. I have banked here for 15 years. The new management team and teller experience was awful. No one was interested in being helpful, instead they owere busy chatting and going to get coffee. The teller didn’t look at me as she had her phone in front of her at her window, placed do she could view it while actually talking to me. The manager said I know you but I don’t know your name so “I won’t help you.” And walked away. Who are these people? What’s happened to the bank where I have been treated with dignity and graciousness all of these years?
