I was very pleased when conducting business here. The hours of operation are unbeatable, The staff is very pleasant and professional. I actually witnessed one of the agents(Ms. Brittany Holbrook) be rewarded with home made cookies. One of her customers wanted to show appreciation for all the time she has given her great customer service. Highly recommend!

Customer service is horrible. The woman had sooo much attitude and her entire desk reaked of fragrance which is disgusting and not acceptable. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!

I didn't have a good experience. The cashier wasn't knowledgeable. In fact I found her quite rude. I actually called customer service and filed a complaint. The hours are quite convenient though. I have been having that same trouble with quite a few branches of M & T .
