      I’m not sure what’s wrong with other people, but I have absolutely no issues with this bank all together in my experience, even if you need a personal checking account or savings account.

      I hate to be this guy but if you are of African descent stay far away from this branch. I went in for a small withdrawal because my debit card is taking forever to arrive and was treated like I was there to commit a robbery. The teller returned with a story that she had to call the "Back office" (whoever they are), to verify my identity, which was odd because just a week prior I was physically at a branch and they verified my business documents as well as my identity. I would also like to add the customer service department over the phone handled the situation professionally and respectfully, but the North Salem branch has behaved in a way that has resulted in me closing the account and separating business with M&T all together.
