      I have had a checking account with this institution for over 1 year. Every month I send the same wire transfer to my Thai wife.This time the Salina St Syracuse Manager was my processor. She demanded a copy of my Thai Marriage Certificate (as though she could read Thai) before she would help me....What a Bi@#$.

      I am the owner of Erie Canal Bike Tours, we attempted to use M&T Bank for business banking and our experience was simply horrific. They bungled our accounts at every possible turn. I could not believe the struggles we went through. Every single person we dealt with from the customer service on the phone, to the business directors were dumbfoundingly incompetent. Do not put yourself through this frustration, and more importantly, don't subject your business to this incompetence. Like me, you will surely regret it !
