      Love this location! The people are very nice and professional and there is almost never a line at the inside counter! Every teller station is occupied by a teller! Minus a star for not having a drive thru ATM.

      Very rude!!! If this was the only M&T bank I would switch to bank of America. To the lady with the brown hair to your shoulders. Try to smile alittle you only live once!

      This bank is absolutely horrible. Here is what happened. I was written a 75.00 check drawn from M&t. I went to drive thru to cash it. The teller asked for My account number in which I replied I don't have an account here I would just like to cash the check drawn from This bank. She said that I needed two forms of government ID to cash the check, I sent over my driver's license And my passport. Then she said to cash it I had to come into the Branch. So I drove around the building. I drove around and parked the car walked in to the branch stood in line while they took care of their customers from behind me 1st. FInally I spoke up and they decided to wait on me. They set in order to catch the $75 check they would require a 3% fee. I then asked her for my check and i.d. back and deposited it into my own bank . If this how they treat non members I can't imagine how they treat you after they've already got your money. #worstbankeveraward
