      Polite and professional. Have been using the Manlius branch for business checking for many years. Lisa, Jim and Rena have always provided great service. Karen has always answered my questions and worked quickly to solve any issues I have raised. When fraudulent charges were placed on my debit card they worked swiftly to resolve the problem.

      Very rude service! I understand there was a long line and they get busy probably short staffed as well as everyone has their days but it is still unacceptable behavior in a professional setting to be so rude to your customers. I had ordered checks and they were sent to the wrong address asked to switch the address and just trying to inquire about everything and was treated so bad that the car next to me gave me the eye like I cannot believe she is talking to you like that. I will make sure to go out of my way to a different mt bank where the staff actually smiles and says have a nice day instead of "I'm done with you", nice right!?
